31 Days of Halloween! Day6-Made: Leather Journals

Journals are very personal, they allow us to express ourselves in a physical way, almost anywhere: to write, to sketch, to press between the pages. Journal pages can be plain or lined, home made coarse paper to superfine hemp, bleached white or multicolored.

We've made a lot of journals over the years (polyclay, recycled paper, fabric, bark, leather, etc.), but today I'm sharing some of the simpler durable leather journals we've made at DeWyk (see others at DeWyk.net):










All of these have replaceable journal paper insert!
